Award Criteria:

Commercial and nonprofit sites may apply for the award. |

It is not restricted to any one language or to multilingual sites. |
|
Sites that do not meet basic design functionality (download efficiency, navigation, links, chromatics, synchronization, HTML) will not be considered for the award. |
|
Graphics, of course, should be original. |
|
Content should be substantial, original, and fitting for the design elements. |
|
Please, do not submit a site that includes (or links to) offensive materials. |
|
Nominations are accepted from owners or designers. |

A level of excellence in graphic and web design (creativity, layout, navigation) is expected. |
|
Uniqueness
of design and creative solutions count the most. Only the winners will be notified. Notification within four weeks. |
